C. Andrew Brian, MD, FACC

Dr. Brian is originally from Washington, D.C., but he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University in North Carolina where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.  He received his medical degree from Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he also completed his fellowship in cardiology. He also completed his internal medicine residency at The University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Dr. Brian is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. His specialties include clinical cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, cardiovascular computed tomography, cardiac catheterization and clinical research.

Dr. Brian is a member of various professional organizations, including the American College of Cardiology, the American Heart Association, the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.
